Welcome to Tomahawk Lodge Resort & RV Park, your Northern Minnesota

magnificent northern Minnesota.
Our Northern Minnesota family and fishing resort is nestled on the
southeast shore of beautiful Blackduck Lake, which features crisp,
clean air and incredible sunsets. The lake is ideal for recreation, as
well as fishing and watching wildlife. The beach has a gradual sand
slope with no drop-offs and is safe for swimming. Enjoy water skiing,
boating, kayaking, canoeing or fishing from one of our docks.
Lodging
We offer affordable lodging in our lakeside cabins and in our Park
Models in the tall Norway pines. These cabin facilities are spacious,
modern and sparkling clean! They are full housekeeping cabins that are
tastefully decorated and include full kitchens with pots, pans,
silverware, full size refrigerators/freezers and microwaves; bedding,
barbeque grills and a even a fire pit for campfires and s’mores!
RV Park
Our new RV Park is separated from the cabins and offers sites in the
tall Norway pines, or there are other sites more in the open with grass
yards between them. We offer seasonal RV sites and short-term,
full-hook-up sites. The seasonal sites have become a very popular and
economical way to enjoy the lake in your own camper. Just lease the lot
and enjoy the whole summer at the lake. And don’t forget the boat and
golf cart!
Park Model Sales
For those who want total comfort we offer new turn-key Park Models for
sale here at the resort. With the continuing increase in lakeshore real
estate values nationwide, as well as the rising costs of upkeep, taxes
and insurance, more people are looking for affordable alternatives for
vacation/retirement homes and weekend getaway properties. Park Models
make sense. They have been very popular vacation dwellings for many
years for good reason. They offer low overhead, low maintenance and all
the comforts of home, and they can be placed at our resort in northern
Minnesota. These units come completely furnished and include decks or
patios. Well even cut the grass!
Recreation
There’s a lot to do for the entire family. Take a dip in our new heated
pool and hot tub, or check out these other options: golf course, beach,
paddleboats, kayaks, deluxe fishing boats and pontoon rentals,
volleyball, horseshoes and shuffleboard. Shopping is just 1.5 miles
away in the quaint town of Blackduck or 25 miles away in Bemidji.
Other area interests include the bog boardwalk, paved bike trail,
birding opportunities, Chippewa National Forest, Itasca State Park, the
Lost 40 or Lyles Logging Camp, or you can try your luck at a nearby
casino.
Fishing
Whether you’re an avid fisherman or a beginner looking for your first
walleye you can rest assured you will be satisfied with all this area
has to offer. Our great central location allows for daily fishing
excursions to some of the top fishing waters in Minnesota, such as
Blackduck Lake, Red Lake, Cass, Bemidji and Leech Lake. In addition
there is a wide variety of species to fish for including walleye,
northern pike, jumbo perch, blue gill, crappie, bass, rainbow trout and
more.
Location
We are conveniently located 25 miles north of Bemidji, 70 miles south of the Canadian border, 1.5 miles from the town of Blackduck and a fourth of a mile from the golf course. The resort consists of 25 acres and 1000 feet of lakeshore.
